Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the SMS notification service operated by Palma Web Design on behalf of its business clients. By receiving messages through this service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

This is an automated internal SMS notification system. It monitors business email accounts and delivers relevant summaries and alerts to authorized recipients via text message. The service is powered by the Anthropic Claude AI API and delivered via Twilio.

Who This Service Is For

This service is intended exclusively for:

• Business owners and operators who have contracted Palma Web Design to set up this tool
• Employees and staff members enrolled by their employer to receive internal notifications
• Any individual who has given explicit verbal or written consent to receive these messages

Consent & Enrollment

Recipients are enrolled in this service by their employer or by directly requesting the service. By remaining enrolled, you confirm that:

• You have consented to receive automated SMS notifications
• You are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided
• You understand messages may be sent multiple times per day during business hours

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on business activity. Recipients may receive anywhere from 1 to 20+ messages per day depending on email volume. Messages are only sent when relevant business emails are detected.

Messaging Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Palma Web Design is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.

Opt-Out & Opt-In

After sending STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Content of Messages

All messages sent through this service are internal business notifications. We do not send:

• Marketing or promotional content
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Age-restricted content of any kind
• Content unrelated to the enrolled business's operations

Limitation of Liability

Palma Web Design operates this service as a technology provider on behalf of business clients. We are not responsible for:

• Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues
• Business decisions made based on message content
• Interruptions in service due to third-party API outages (Twilio, Google, Anthropic)

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
